Well here’s the deal… I bounced outta bed around 11 this morning and decided to repaint my pirate girls on a total whim. I picked up my paints around noon and started repainting the three of them… Camilla, Joe and Vivianne. Then I decided to repaint some of my other girls that I no longer had an interest in and add them to the pirate crew. I ended up painting until around 9:30 this evening. >_< 9 hours of painting and 5 heads completed! WOO!!! How’s that for a dry spell break?! My paintbrushes STILL suck… and I did a GODAWFUL job on poor Joe. She looks like one side of her face is sliding off… >_< But since I’m not giving these dolls to anyone, I can live with the errors and fat lines. 9_9 They’ll end up getting updated in the future anyways. Ahaha… and this time Vivianne’s eye under the eyepatch actually MATCHES her other eye so she can really do without the patch this time. XD But it’s for character’s sake. Here are some closeups:

Dylan is also from my old collection… she got to keep her name, but she got recruited onto the ship as the Gunner. Now I need another mini girl to make Dylan a Powder Monkey (artillery assistant). XD

I love dressing these girls… hahahaha Talk about grab bag fashion. Ah well, they’re supposed to be rough and tumble, not runway models.
